RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY - LIORAH UK

14-Day Returns for UK Customers

We want you to love your Liorah lingerie. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery for all UK customers.

UK Returns Process

    1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
    2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
    3. Return your items using Royal Mail or your preferred UK courier
    4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Return Shipping Costs

    • UK customers are responsible for return postage
    • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection

Hygiene & Safety For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. All items must have original hygiene seals intact.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in GBP (£).

Return Process

  2. Please include clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return so we can process your request quickly.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@liorah.co.uk with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
